To get your Sarah Frahm DDS Free Whitening Kit, you must complete a new patient exam and necessary x-rays. When you call to schedule your visit, please share information about your dental history. Teeth whitening is not effective for whitening crowns, veneers, or composite resin dental materials. Whitening systems tend to perform best on teeth that are recently cleaned. Please note, in-office whitening is a separate service, not included in this offer.
